某院住院患者医院感染回顾性调查报告

目的了解住院患者医院感染的现状,分析相关危险因素,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2011年该医院住院患者院内感染进行了调查。结果该医院2011年住院患者21 860例,发生医院感染130例,感染率为0.59%。感染部位中,呼吸道感染率最高,占64.61%。60岁以上老年人以及肿瘤病人都是医院感染高发人群。结论该医院住院患者医院感染发生率明显低于全国平均水平,医院感染部位以呼吸道为主。

RETROSPECTIVE INVESTIGATION ON HOSPITAL INFECTION OF HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS

Objective To study the present situation of the hospital infection of inpatients,and to analyze related risk factors so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control measures.Methods Retrospective survey method was used to study the nosocomial infection of hospital patients in year 2011.Results Among 21 860 cases inpatients of this hospital in year 2011,130 cases hospital infections occurred and the infection rate was 0.59%.Among infected places,the infection rate of respiratory tract was the highest that accounted for 64.61%.The aged with 60 years or older,the inpatients with the length of stay for 2 weeks or more and the tumor patients were the high-risk groups of hospital infections.Conclusion The hospital infection rate of inpatients in this hospital is significantly lower than that of the national average level.The infection of respiratory tract is the most of hospital infections and most of the resistant bacteria detected are the multiple-resistant bacteria.
