| Abstract: | The article analyzes that asymmetrical information may cause inharmonious relations between medical service providers andpatients, such as ethics risk, adverse choice and medical dispute etc., based on the practice of hospital, it outlines the strategies to respond, such asto strengthen communication and education, to improve incentive mechanism, appropriate laws/regulation and insurance, to establishorganization like a "third party" as well as to standardize public opinions direction etc.Author's |
