摘    要:分析了由于信息不对称医患之间可能出现的道德风险、逆向选择、医疗纠纷等不和谐关系,结合医院管理工作实践,提出强化沟通、加强教育、有效激励、完善保险、正确法律、建立"第三方"机构、规范舆论导向等应对策略.

Abstract:The article analyzes that asymmetrical information may cause inharmonious relations between medical service providers andpatients, such as ethics risk, adverse choice and medical dispute etc., based on the practice of hospital, it outlines the strategies to respond, such asto strengthen communication and education, to improve incentive mechanism, appropriate laws/regulation and insurance, to establishorganization like a "third party" as well as to standardize public opinions direction etc.Author's
