医院管理者一般管理能力素质评价体系的实证研究

摘    要:
一般管理能力素质是管理者影响管理行为有效性的内在心理特点。它包括管理意识、管理策略和管理技能3个层面。从一般管理能力素质内涵及特性入手,构建医院管理者一般管理能力素质评价体系。运用层次分析法进行实证分析,评价结论与实际结果相符,认为该评价体系具有科学性。

Abstract:
The quality of generic administrant ability is the inherent psychologist characteristic that the validity of ad- ministrant conduct is influenced by the managers, including consciousness of management, tactics of management and skills of management. The evaluation system is constructed with analyzing the intension and property of the quality of generic administrant ability. The demonstration is analyzed with Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). The results show that the evaluation system is scientific and feasible. Issues related to using this method are also discussed.
