喜炎平雾化吸入联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果观察

目的：探讨喜炎平雾化吸入联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院48例患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组24例，对照组给予利巴韦林10mg/（kg·d），静脉滴注，1次/d；观察组在对照组基础上给予喜炎平5mg/kg 加入生理盐水10mL 雾化吸入,2次/d。观察比较两组的临床疗效以及体温恢复正常时间、疱疹消失时间。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%，明显优于对照组的83.33%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗后观察组体温恢复正常时间、疱疹消失时间均明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论喜炎平雾化吸入联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床效果显著，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation Xiyanping inhalation combined with Ribavirin in treatment of infantile herpangina

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Xiyanping inhalation combined with Ribavirin in treatment of infantile herpangina. Methods 48 cases of children in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 24 cases.The control group were given Ribavirin 10mg/（kg·d）,intravenous infusion,one times a day;The observation group were given Xiyanping 5mg/kg added 10mL of saline inhalation on the basis of the control group,2 times a day.The clinical efficacy and body temperature returned to normal,herpes disappearance time of two groups were compared. Results The total effective of observation group 91.67%,significantly better than 83.33% of the control group,there was significant different between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the body temperature returned to normal observation group,herpes disappearance time was shorter than in the control group,there was significant different between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiyanping inhalation combined with Ribavirin in treatment of infantile herpangina is significant and less side effects,is worthy of clinical application.
