超声斑点追踪技术对缩窄性心包炎患者右室功能的初步研究

目的 应用超声斑点追踪技术(STE)评价缩窄性心包炎(CP)患者右室功能,探讨其临床应用价值.方法 对33例CP患者应用斑点追踪技术测量右室游离壁基底段、中间段、心尖段二维应变(S)、应变率(SR)及位移(D).并与40例正常人比较.结果 (1)CP患者收缩期右室游离壁各段心肌D减低(P＜0.05);CP患者右室各段心肌S减低(P＜0.05);(2)CP患者右室各段心肌SRs、SRe减低(P＜0.05).SRa与正常人无差异.结论 CP患者右室功能减低.STE可以准确评价CP患者右室功能,为临床提供一种新的可信赖的方法.

Preliminary Evaluation of Right Ventricular Function in Patients with ConstrictivePericarditis Using Two-dimensional Speckle Tracking Echocardiography

Objective To evaluate the function of the right ventricular using two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography (STE) in patients with constrictive pericardium (CP) and its clinical value.Methods Study population consisted of 33 patients with CP and 40 healthy subjects.Peak systolic strain,strain rate,displacement and peak strain rate in early diastole and during atrial contraction of right ventricular free wall were measured using speckle tracking echocardiography.Results Peak systolic strain,strain rate,displacement and diastolic stain rate of all segments in right ventricular free wall reduced significantly in CP patients (P<0.05),but strain rate in atrial contraction phase of all segments (P＞0.05).Conclusions The right ventricular functions have decreased in patients with CP.STE can readily obtain parameters and provide unique data about right ventricular function.
