| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化与血管内皮细胞之间关系密切，越来越多的证据表明，内皮细胞功能障碍是动脉粥样硬化形成早期的始动环节。本文就内皮细胞功能障碍与动脉粥样硬化的关系以及各类药物尤其是他汀类药物对内皮细胞功能障碍的治疗作用作一介绍。

| Abstract: | Endothelial dysfunction plays a crucial role in the development of arteriosclerosis (AS). Accumulating evidence suggests that endothelial dysfunction is an initiating event in the etiology of arteriosclerosis. This article reviewed the relationship between endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis, and the effects of therapeutic drugs especially statins on endothelial dysfunction. |
