| Abstract: | Polypeptide drugs have a strong biological activity. It is one of the areas that develop most rapidly in new drug research. Due to its unique structure, many challenges are still faced with in the quality control and pharmacokinetic studies of polypeptide drugs. This paper is a review on the detection methods both in vivo and in vitro and the research status of pharmacokinetics of polypeptide drugs. |
