| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低磁场强度磁共振成像（MRI）对膝关节外伤的诊断．评价低磁场强度MRI在膝关节外伤诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析30例膝关节外伤（经临床或手术证实）在低场磁共振常规序列MRI的影像表现。结果30例膝关节外伤中21例为复合性损伤（70％），单纯损伤9例（30％）。结论低磁场强度MRI常规序列扫描可以对膝关节半月板、韧带、骨结构及软骨的损伤作出准确的诊断，在膝关节外伤的诊断中具有很高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore low-field MRI in the diagnosis of knee injuries and evaluate its clinical value. Methods Anah.se 30 eases with knee injuiLy （confirmed by clinical or surgiea results） in the low-field magnetie resonance imaging indings of conventional MR1 sequences retrospectively. Results Of 30 cases,21 cases were trau matic kne＂ injury .omponnd （70%）, and 9 eases （30%） were simple injury. Conclusion Conventional low-fiehl MRI scanning can sequence the knee meniscus, ligaments. .artilage, bone structure anti make an accurate diagnosis of the in.juIy,wllich have high i＇linical value for＂ the knee hljnry diagnosis |
