腹水浓缩回输治疗肝炎后肝硬化顽固性腹水

应用自体腹水浓缩回输治疗１２０例肝炎后肝硬化顽固性腹水，并对影响疗效的７２项因素做了单因素及多因素分析，认为主要与肝功能情况及合并症关系密切。本组患者经腹水回输迅速解除了腹水压迫缓解了病情，使利尿剂能充分发挥作用并能改善体内某些激素代谢，其总有效率为６８．３４％，较长地延长了患者的生命部分患者已重新走上工作岗位。

Treatment of Intratactable Ascites due to Post Hepatits Cirrhosis by Reinfusion with Ultrafiltrated Autologous Ascites

It has been difficult to treat the intractable ascites due to post hepatitis cirrhosis and it often resulted in a worse prognosis, since the general medical tretment was ineffective. Here we report the treatment of 120 cases of intractable ascites due to post hepatitis hepatic cirrhosis by reinfusion with ultrafiltrated and concentrated autologous ascites. ascites. The effects appeared to be improved. The oppresive symptoms was remitted, and the blood circulation quantities and colloid osmotic pressure have increased by means of reinfusion with ultrafiltrated autologous ascites,and the diuretics given could be fully effective under such a treatment. Totally the effective rate was 68.34% with more than two months of prolongation of survival time in average. The effects were closely related with patients age (with higher effective rate in patients below 50 years old), situations of liver function, renal funtion, complications and the general condition. Furhtermore, intravenous reinfusion gave better effects than that of intraperitoneal one. Among these factors, the liver function and presence of complications played a leading role. It is believed that reinfusion with ultrafiltrated autologous ascites may be a better treatment for intractable ascites due to post hepatitis cirrhosis.
