不同剂量病毒唑治疗肾综合征出血热306例疗效分析

应用不同剂量病毒唑对３０６例肾综合征同血热患者进行治疗对比观察，发现两治疗组疗效无显著性差异，但两治疗组怀对照组相比，越期率高，肾功能恢复快，血小板数恢复早，病程缩短，并发症减少，病死率也有所下降，但无显著性差异。

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effects in 306 Cases of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome with Ribavirin at Different Dosages

cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) were treated with ribavirin at different doses (10-15 mg / kg/ day and 30mg/ kg/ day were for the treated groups.whereaes the remaining 63 cases of HFRS served as controls).The results showed the therapeutic effects of the two treated groups and the controls were significantly different in elevating stage-omitting rate improving renal function increasing platelet numbers, shortening duration and reducing complications (p<0.05, P<0.01).Despite of no statistical difference, the mortality of the therapeutic groups were lower than that of the control (P>0.05). This confirmed further that ribavirin was effectual for HFRS caese in early stage, but its effect was not positively correlated with the administering dosage. No side effect resulting from ribavirin was found in the course of treatment.
