| 摘 要： | 目的探索提升静脉用药集中调配药品二级库房管理水平的思路与方法。方法分析总结长海医院静脉用药调配中心二级库房管理的2种主模式,结合实际情况,根据发现的问题提出改进方案及评价成效。结果尽管静脉用药调配中心服务病区扩大近2倍,药品品种增加24%,但是新模式的使用却能减少参与库房工作的人力及耗时,同时降低工作强度。结论二级库房管理良好对静脉用药调配中心的更合理更协调发展起着重要的作用,需要不断探索和优化。

| Abstract: | Objective To upgrade the management of subordinate warehouse in pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAs）.Methods We analyzed the two modes of subordinate warehouse management of PIVAs in Changhai Hospital.An improved scheme was proposed to practically address the existing problems and its corresponding effect was evaluated.Results We doubled the service coverage of PIVAs and increased pharmacy categories by 24%.The novel scheme could reduce the work labor and working hours.Conclusion Efficient management of subordinate warehouse may play a major role in the development of PIVAs and makes it more reasonable and coordinative.Further optimization of the system is necessary. |
