| 摘 要： | 目的观察普伐他汀对apoE缺陷小鼠主动脉粥样斑块形成及主动脉壁细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响,以期探讨3-羟-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂可能的调节血脂以外的抗动脉粥样硬化作用.
