微生态制剂防治婴幼儿肺炎继发腹泻临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨微生态制剂对婴幼儿肺炎继发腹泻的防治作用。方法对2005年1月至2006年1月住院的120例婴幼儿肺炎患儿作为病例组,住院后常规治疗同时加用培菲康,并与未用培菲康的84例对照组相比较。结果病例组120例,继发腹泻29例,发生率24.2%。低于对照组(发生率41.7%),差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。病例组应用培菲康治疗,有效率89.7%,高于对照组有效率68.7%,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗婴幼儿肺炎同时加用微生态制剂可降低继发腹泻发生率,有预防作用。对继发腹泻的患儿继续应用微生态制剂,可提高继发腹泻的治愈率,有治疗价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevention and treatments of probiotics on diarrhea of children with pneumonia. Methods A total of 204 children with pneumonia from 1 moth to 3 years were reviewed from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2006.The case group including of 120 children used Bifico to prevent and treat diarrhea, contrasted with the control group were treated without Bifico. Results The morbidity was 24.2% in case group, and 41.7% in the control group (P <0.01). The total clinical efficacy rate was 89.7% in case group with the use of Bifico, and 68.7% in control group were treated without Bifico (P <0.05).Conclusion Probiotics may be used to reduce the morbidity of diarrhea of children with pneumonia,and increase the cure rate of diarrhea.
