脑星形细胞瘤中神经细胞粘附分子的表达

摘    要:目的 研究人脑星形细胞瘤中神经细胞黏附分子的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 收集人脑星形细胞瘤标本 48例 ,行 S— P染色。结果 正常脑组织中 NCAM全部表达 ,星形细胞瘤中 — 级、 级、 级组阳性表达率分别为 95 % (19/2 0 )、38.9% (7/18)、2 0 % (2 /10 ) ,阳性细胞表达程度随肿瘤恶性程度的增高反而降低。结论 随人脑星形细胞瘤恶性程度的增高 ,NCAM表达下调 ,提示 NCAM表达减少参与肿瘤的生物恶性发展

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of the neural celladhesion mo lecule(NCAM)in human astrocytomas and evaluate the clinic signification.Me thods 48 astrocytomas were studied by S-Pmethod with monoclonal antibody against NCAMprotein.Results All normal brain tissues express NCAM.NC AM expression was positive in 95%(19/20)、38.9%(7/18)、20%(2/10)of Grade Ⅰ- Ⅱ glioma,Grade Ⅲ glioma,Grade Ⅳ glioma respectively.An inverse correation was observed between the deg ree of NCAM expression and the malignancy of these tumors.Coclussion NCAM is down-regulated in the development of the malignancy of astrocytomas;and it is suggested that the reduced NCAM expression might be involved in the deve lopment of biol ogical malignancy.
