| 摘 要： | 在过去几年中,我们进行过三次独立的结核病与HLA关联的家系研究,分别得到结核病与HLA单倍型之间存在着关联的现象。本文将三次研究进行合并分析,以更多的家系数据进一步获得确凿的证据,揭示出结核病与HLA单倍型存在着显著的关联现象。这一发现首次证明了结核病发病的遗传倾向,并初步阐明其物质依据。同时,证明了致病基因与MHC呈隐性的连锁关系。 |

| Abstract: | Three independent families with multiple siblings suffered from tuberculosis were studied. We confired that the occurrence of tuberculosis are significantly associated with HLA haplotypes. This finding revealed the gene tic tendency in tuberculosis occurrence and further analysis proved the disease gene(s) linked as recessive model with HLA haplotypes. |
