| 摘 要： | 目的:观察慢性充血性心力衰竭的运动康复治疗的效果.方法:选择慢性充血性心衰患者156例,随机分为两组,每组各78例,在常规药物治疗的基础上进行一定程序的运动康复治疗6个月,与对照组相比.结果:治疗组比对照组心功能明显改善(P＜0.05),运动耐量提高(P＜0.05),再住院率下降(P＜0.05),病死率下降(P＜0.05).结论:运动康复治疗有利于改善慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量和预后,可以减少医疗支出.

| Abstract: | Objective: Observe the curative effect of rehabilitation training for chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Method: 156 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups: There are 78 rats in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given regularly rehabilitation training for 6 months on the base of normal medicines,compared with the control groups.Result: Rehabilitation training can improve heart function and exercise tolerance,it can reduce the rehospitalization rate and the mortality rate.Conclusion: Rehabilitation training is beneficial to improve the living qualities and prognosis of patients with chronic congestive heart failure,and it can reduce medical expenditure of these patients. |
