| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨细胞分裂周期2(cell division cycle 2,CDC2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理参数和人类表皮生长因子受体2(C-erbB-2)表达的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学(EliVision法)检测60例乳腺癌组织中CDC2及C-erbB-2的水平。结果:CDC2在乳腺癌中强阳性表达率为61.7%,且其表达与组织学分级有一定关系(P<0.01),CDC2和C-erbB-2两者呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:CDC2在乳腺癌中表达上调,并与乳腺癌的分化程度有关;CDC2有促进细胞增殖的功能。联合检测CDC2和C-erbB-2在乳腺癌中的表达,有望成为估计乳腺癌生物学行为的参考指标。
