超声快速石蜡切片诊断在基层医院的术中应用

目的探讨超声快速石蜡切片诊断在基层医院的术中应用。方法收集我院2003年1月至2008年1月应用超声快速石蜡切片诊断的340例标本。制片过程是固定、脱水兼透明、浸蜡、包埋,快速切片、烤片、染色、封闭,共需5min左右。结果恶性肿瘤检出157例,占46.2%(157/340),可疑7例,占2.1%(7/340),良性肿瘤176例,占51.8%(176/340)。结论超声快速石蜡切片操作简单,容易掌握、设备价格适中,满足了手术快速诊断(30～32分钟)要求和非手术病人急诊的需要,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Express Diagnosis of Ultrasound Paraffin Sections at Local Hospital

Objective To investigate the ultrasonic diagnosis of rapid paraffin sections at the loacl hospital surgery. Methods Reviewed the application of ultrasonic express paraffin sections of 340 cases of diagnostic specimens from January 2003 to January 2008. The production process is fixed, dehydrated and transparent, baptist wax, embedding, slicing express, baked chip, dyeing and closed, it needed about 5 min. Results 157 cases of malignant tumors were detected, accounting for 46.2% (157/340), seven cases were suspicious, accounting for 2.1% (7 / 340), 176 cases for benign tumor, accounting for 51.8% (176/340). Conclusion As ultrasound express paraffin section is simple to manipulate, easy to grasp, it meets the requirements to diagnose the rapid diagnostic surgery (30～32 minutes) and the non-surgical patients who required emergency care, which is worth to promote in pathology departmrnts at loacl hospitals.
