口气清新泡腾片中金银花、山楂的有效成分提取方法研究

摘    要:目的优选口气清新泡腾片中金银花、山楂有效成分的最佳提取方法,为该制剂开发成中药新药提供依据。方法以浸膏得率,有机酸含量和绿原酸的提取量作为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验优选金银花、山楂中有效成分的水提方法。结果最优提取方法为:金银花、山楂用水提取2次,第1次用12倍量水加热回流提取1.5h,第2次加入10倍量水加热回流提取1h。结论优选的提取方法对各有效成分提取率高,简便、经济、合理,适用于生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Flos Lonicerae and Hawthorn with water for fresh breath effervescent tablets and to provide the basis for the development of new drug of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The extraction process of Flos Lonicerae and Hawthorn was optimized by orthogonal test, using the extract ratio, organic acid and chlorogenic acid content as indice. Results The optimum water extraction of Flos Lonicerae and Hawthorn condition was: 12 times and 10 times of water for 2 cycles, 1.5 h and 1 h each time. Conclusion The ex- traction rate of active components in the drug is high by the selected technology, which is simple, economic, rational and feasible.
