头针结合运动疗法治疗小儿脑瘫疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察头针结合运动疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:将118例脑瘫患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,各59例,观察组运用头针配合运动疗法治疗,对照组只采用运动疗法,在治疗前和治疗3个疗程后分别采用粗大运动功能测试量表( GMFM)进行评定,判断临床疗效。结果:观察组的显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组,治疗前后GMFM评分观察组提高幅度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论:头针结合运动疗法治疗小儿脑瘫疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:118 cases of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each 59 cases, the observation group used Scalp acupuncture and exercise therapy , while the control group only with exercise therapy , before treatment and after 3 course of treatment using the gross motor function measure ( GMFM) were measured , and evaluate the clinical effect .Results:the total effective rate observed significant efficiency , group were significantly higher than those in the control group , the observation group be-fore and after treatment GMFM score increased significantly higher than that in the control group , with significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for treatment of children with cerebral palsy significant curative effect , is worth popularizing in clinic .
