头针结合运动疗法治疗小儿脑瘫疗效观察

目的：观察头针结合运动疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法：将118例脑瘫患儿随机分成观察组和对照组，各59例，观察组运用头针配合运动疗法治疗，对照组只采用运动疗法，在治疗前和治疗3个疗程后分别采用粗大运动功能测试量表（ GMFM）进行评定，判断临床疗效。结果：观察组的显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组，治疗前后GMFM评分观察组提高幅度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。结论：头针结合运动疗法治疗小儿脑瘫疗效显著，值得在临床上推广。

To Observe the Curative Effect of Exercise Therapy for Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy with Scalp Acupuncture

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods：118 cases of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each 59 cases, the observation group used Scalp acupuncture and exercise therapy , while the control group only with exercise therapy , before treatment and after 3 course of treatment using the gross motor function measure （ GMFM） were measured , and evaluate the clinical effect .Results：the total effective rate observed significant efficiency , group were significantly higher than those in the control group , the observation group be-fore and after treatment GMFM score increased significantly higher than that in the control group , with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for treatment of children with cerebral palsy significant curative effect , is worth popularizing in clinic .
