改良小夹板固定治疗伸直型肱骨髁上骨折70例

目的：观察伸直型肱骨髁上骨折采用改良小夹板固定的效果。方法：随机将140例伸直型肱骨髁上骨折患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组70例,手法复位后治疗组用改良小夹板固定,对照组用传统小夹板固定,6个月后观察2组疗效。结果：治疗组治愈65．71％、显效27．14％、无效7．14％;对照组治愈50．00％、显效32．86％、无效17．14％。2组相比,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：伸直型肱骨髁上骨折采用改良小夹板固定的效果较好。

Improvement effect of small splint fixation on treatment extension type supracondylar fracture of the humerus

Objective ：To observe the extension type supracondylar fracture of the humerus the improvement effect of small splint fixa- tion. nethods：140 casesof supracondylar fracture of humerus were divided into treatment group and control group, 70 cases in each group, the treatment group improved after manual reduction with small splint fixation, the control group with traditional splint fixation, to observe the curative effect of two groups after 6 months. Results： Compared with the results of two groups, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the supracondylar fracture of humerus by improved splint migt be better.
