| 摘 要： | 目的：分析老年急性心肌梗死合并左心衰中护理的作用。方法：资料为我院2009年～2012年接受治疗的AMI合并左心衰的患者33例，随机分为观察组（17例）与对照组（16例）2组，分别实施针对性护理与常规护理，对比2组临床效果。结果：经护理干预，观察组的治疗成功率明显高于对照组（94．1％vs68．8％），病死率明显低于对照组（5．9％vs31．2％），且护理满意度明显优于对照组（94．1％vs75．0％），P＜0．05，有统计学意义。结论：急性心肌梗死合并左心衰患者治疗中给予针对性的护理措施能够提高患者生还率，改善患者预后。 |

| Abstract: | objective：To analysis of nursing care in elderly acute myocardial infarction with left heart failure .Methods：The data of our hospital from 2009 to 2009 for treatment of 33 patients with AMI with left heart failure .Results：After nursing intervention , the treatment success rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （94.1% vs68.8 %）,Conclusion：Patients with acute myocardial infarction with left heart failure treatment to give corresponding nursing measures can improve the survival rate , improve the prognosis of patients . |
