| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症术后复发的原因、再手术治疗的适应证及手术方法。方法回顾性分析该院1993年7月-2005年7月15例甲状腺功能亢进症术后复发再手术治疗的临床资料。结果15例再手术全部治愈。结论腺体残留过多是甲状腺功能亢进术后复发的主要原因，有选择再手术治疗是甲状腺功能亢进症术后复发的有效治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss the recrudenscence of hyperthyeiodism after the operation, adaptability of reoperation and the methods. Methods] To analyze the materials of 15 cases of recrudenscence and reoperation in our hospital from July, 1993 to July, 2007. Results] All the 15 cases were cured after the reoperation. Conclusions] The major cause of recrudenscence after the operation is too much gland and the effective treatment for the recrudenscence is the alternative reoperation. |
