P^53蛋白表达与膀胱癌预后关系的探讨

我们应用免疫组织化学方法，对３４例石蜡包埋的膀胱癌组织标本Ｐ＾５３蛋白表达进行了检测。结果发现，３４例膀胱癌标本中有１４例Ｐ＾５３蛋白表达阳性，且Ｐ＾５３蛋白的表达与膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期密切相关。１４例Ｐ＾５３阳性病例膀胱癌的复发率为８５．７％，而２０例Ｐ＾５３阴性者膀胱癌的复发率为４５％。Ｐ＾５３阳性病例几乎全有淋巴结转移，明显高于Ｐ＾５３阴性者。提示Ｐ＾５３蛋白阳性病例预后较差。

Study of the relationship between p53 expression and bladder cancer prognosis

The expression of p53 in 34 paraffin embedded specimens of urinary bladder cancer,was observed with immunohistochemical method.It was found that P53 was positive in 4l.2 %(14/34)of the specimens and there was a positive correlation of the overexpression of p53 with the pathological grading and clinical stage of bladder cancer.The recurrence rate of P53 positive bladder cancer,Was;85.7% while that of the negative cases was only 45%.Lymph node metastasis of p53 positive cases was more frequent than that of negative ones.It is believed that p53 positive bladder cancer has a poor prognosis.
