菘蓝对小鼠生殖细胞损伤的保护作用

目的: 研究菘蓝叶氯仿提取物对环磷酰胺(CP)引起的雄性小鼠生殖细胞损伤的保护作用.方法:通过精子畸形试验及精细胞微核试验.观察雄性小鼠的精于畸形率及精细胞微核率的变化.结果:菘蓝叶氯仿提取物本身对生殖细胞无毒性,而对CP引起的生殖细胞损伤有一定的保护性抑制作用.CP+菘蓝叶提取物100 mg/kg剂量组对精细胞微核的抑制率为{57.38%,}对精子畸形的抑制率为50.87%.结论:中药菘蓝具有减轻对小鼠生殖细胞遗传损伤的作用.

EFFECT OF CHLOROFORM EXTRACTS FROM ISATIS INDIGOTICA LEAVES ON MALE GERM CELLS IN MICE

Purpose: To observe the protective effects of the chloroform extracts of lsatis indigotica leaves on the male germ cells from damage induced by cyclophosphamide(CP) in mice. Methods: The spermatozoon deformity rate and micronucleus rate of early spermatids were detected using spermatozoon deformity test and micronucleus test respectively. Results: Isatis indigotica had no genotoxic effects, but showed significantly protective effects to germ cell from damage induced by CP. The inhibited rates of spermatid micronucleus and spermatozoon deformity were 57.38% and 50.87% respectively at the dose of 100 mg/kg +CP 10 mg/kg. Conclusion: Isatis indigotica can diminish germ cell damage inducded by CP in mice.
