摘    要:目的 :为研制野战功能敷料提供具有良好抑菌作用的最佳组方及剂型。方法 :采用常见创面感染菌的体外抑菌活性实验 ,对民间外用验方及其在此基础上再组的 2个新组方 (分别为Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号组方 )的粉剂和提取液的平均抑菌率进行比较 ,筛选出最佳组合 ,然后与云南白药对照 ,并研究其最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 :Ⅰ号组方的提取液平均抑菌率明显高于其他组合和云南白药 ;且对标准菌株与耐药菌株均具有同样的抑菌效果 ;其MIC在62 5~2 5 g·L-1之间 ,而用于敷料浓度是MIC的 1 6~ 64倍。结论 :Ⅰ号组方的提取液剂型对创面常见感染菌有显著的抑菌效果

Abstract:AIM: To select out well-antibacterial Chinese herbal compound and dosage form i n order to develop the functional dressing in field operations. METHODS: The extrinsic anti-bacteria activity tests on frequent infecting wou ld bacteria were conducted by using folk Chinese herbal compound and it's tw o re alignments, respectively NO1, NO2 and NO3, whose dosage forms were powder and kr yo-extraction. Their average anti-bacterial rates were compared and the best c ombination was picked out. Then compared with Yunnanbaiyao to verify it's antiba cterial action. Finally, it's minimiun inhibition concentration (MIC) was confir me d. RESULTS: The kryo-extraction of compound NO1 obviously excelled to the other groups and Yunnanbaiyao in the average antibacterial rate of frequent infective would bacteria, including drug-fast bacteria. It's MIC was 65.25 -2.50 g ·L -1 , and the dressing's concentration of NO1 with kryo-extraction would be between 16-64 times as much as MIC. CONCLUSION:The kryo-extraction of NO1 possesses the best antibacterial action of frequent infective wound bacteria.
