尿中碘的过硫酸铵消化砷铈催化分光光度测定法的验证

摘    要:
目的对过硫酸铵消化砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿中碘含量的方法进行验证方法按照过硫酸铵消化砷铈催化分光光度法操作要求,对方法的标准曲线线性范围及线性关系、测定的精密度、准确度进行验证,并对实验中注意事项进行分析。结果方法的标准曲线线性范围碘质量浓度在0—300μg/L,标准曲线的平均相关系数为-0.9993;测定碘质量浓度为78.5、151、236μg/L的尿碘国家标准物质,其相对标准偏差分别为2.2%、1.3%、0.8%;相对误差分别为0.8%、0.7%、0.4%。结论该方法操作简便,标准曲线线性关系良好,精密度和准确度高,污染小,是值得推广应用的方法。

Abstract:
[ Objective ] To verify the method of ammonium persulphate digestion As^3 + -Ce^4 + catalyzing spectrophotome in the de try termination of iodine in urine. [ Methods] According to the operational requirements for ammonium persulphate digestion As^3+ -Ce^4+ catalyzing spectrophotometry, verification was conducted on the linear range, linear relation, precision and accuracy of the method; analysis was made on the requirements in the experiment. [ Results] The linear range iodine concentration was 0 - 300 μg/L; average correlative coefficient was - 0. 9993 ; the iodine concentration was 78.5, 151 and 236 μg/L respectively; RSD was 2.2%, 1.3% and 0.8% respectively; the relative error was 0.8% , 0.7% and 0.4% respectively. [ Conclusion] This method is simple and worthy of distributing with good linear correlation, precision, accuracy and little pollution.
