| 摘 要： | 目的评价BLB种植体，即刻人工种植修复外伤性牙缺失的临床效果。方法9例患者因外伤缺失牙后，即刻植入14颗BLB种植体，4个月（下颌）或6个月（上颌）后行上部结构修复。定期进行临床和放射学检查。结果14颗种植体中，经8个月以上观察，失败1颗。结论如获得较好的初期稳定性，BLB种植体即刻种植修复外伤性缺牙，可以取得良好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical effect of BLB to restore tooth loss for extraction.Methods 9 cases of tooth defect caused by trauma were implanted.The superior structure was repaired after 4 or 6 months(upper or lower jaw).The clinical and radiological results were detected in certain period.Results 13 teeth were successful and 1 fail after 8 months follow-up.Conclusion The immediate implantation of BLB implants to restore tooth loss might be a possible treatment alternative for ideal earlier stability. |
