| 摘 要： | 目的分析30例老年慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者氨茶碱血药浓度监测的结果，为临床用药的安全有效提供个体化给药建议。方法采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定氨茶碱的谷浓度。结果30例中，血药浓度小于5μg／mL4例，5—10μg／mL14例；10—20μg／mL6例：20—30μg／mL5例；大于35μg／mL1例。结论老年COPD患者选用氨茶碱治疗个体差异大，临床使用应进行血药浓度监测，并联合患者生理、病理、用药等影响因素合理选择给药方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the results of blood contentration of aminophylline of 30 elderldly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonry disease（COPD） in order to provide the individualized proposal for safe and effective drug application. Mdthods To determine aminophylline＇ s valley concentration by double- wavelength UV- spectrophotography. Results The results of blood aminophylline concentration in 30 cases were as follows： 4 cases less than 5 μg/mL, 14 cases within 5- 10 μg/mL, 6 cases within 10-20 μg/mL, 5 cases within 20 -30 μg/mL, 1 case above 35 μg/mL. Conclusion The aminophylline treatment of elderly patients with COPD has markedly individualized differences. The blood drug level should be monitored in clinical usage and according the patients physiology, pathology, drug and other influential factors a reasonable delivery method should be selected. |
