住院皮肤病患者88例死亡原因回顾性分析

目的：探讨住院皮肤病患者的主要致死疾病和死亡原因。方法：回顾性分析华山医院皮肤科1992～2001年88例住院患者的死亡原因。结果：88例死亡患者中，药疹25例，大疱性疾病16例，皮肌炎17例，系统性红斑狼疮(SLF)9例，合计67例，占死亡总数的76．14％。主要死亡原因是继发感染47例，多器官功能衰竭10例，消化道出血9例。结论：药疹、大疱性疾病、皮肌炎和SLE是皮肤科的主要致死疾病，继发感染是重要死亡原因。

Retrospective analysis of 88 dead inpatients with skin disease

Objective:To find out the main diseases and the critical causes which caused the death of the inpatient with the complaint of skin disorders.Methods:We presented a retrospective analysis of88dead patients who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Hua Shan Hospital from1992to2001.Results:Among the88dead cases,the main diseases which resulted in death were drug eruption(25patients),bullous diseases(16patients),dermatomyositis(17patients),and sys-temic lupus erythematosus(9patients),as the sum of these sixty-seven it was accounted for76.14percent.The main causes of death were secondary infection(47patients),mltiple system organ failure(10patients),and alimentary tract hemorrhage(9patients).Con clu sions:Drug eruption,bullous diseases,dermatomyositis and SLE were the main skin diseases causing death.The most common cause of death was secondary infection.
