| 摘 要： | 目的探讨梗阻性黄疸病人术中胆道造影的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2003年3月至2006年10月420例梗阻性黄疸术中造影患者的临床资料。结果术中胆道造影420例,均系梗阻性黄疸病例,均行术中造影,术后证实胆道多发结石391例,胆道肿瘤15例（其中肝门部胆管癌5例,壶腹部肿瘤10例）,Mirizzi综合征6例,胆道畸形5例,胆总管下端炎性狭窄3例。胆道结石者取石结束后再次造影发现胆道残余结石26例。结论术中胆道造影对梗阻性黄疸病例具有很好的诊断价值,对手术方法的选择有很好的帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the actual value of intraoperative cholangiography for patients with obstructive jaudice.Methods The patients during 2003-2006 years with obstructive jaudice by intraoperative cholangiography were retrospective analyzed.Results All 420 cases with obstructive jaudice underwent intraoperative cholangiography.391 of them were choledocholith;15 were bile duct tumor(inclding 5 cases of cholangio carcinoma and 10 cases of ampullary tumors);8 were Mirizzi sydrome;5 were bile duct malformation;3 were inferior segmental choledochus.Conclusion Intraoperative cholangiography for patients with obstructive jaudice have actual diagnosis value,also are helpful for the choice of operative methods. |
