天津铁路地区中学生青春期卫生现况调查

目的：调查天津铁路地区中学生青春期卫生现状，为青春期卫生知识健康教育提供科学依据。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法，以中学生310名为研究对象，通过问卷形式进行调查。结果：青春期卫生知识知晓率为75.8％;94．5％的学生有了解青春期卫生知识的愿望；获得青春期卫生知识的途径主要为学校讲授（占54.5％）。月经初期发生率为94.5％，平均发生年龄为12.79岁；遗精发生率为46.3％,平均发生年龄为13．80岁。结论：在天津铁路地区中学生中加强青春期健康教育是很必要的，青春期健康教育提早进行是刻不容缓的。

An Investigation on Pubertal Personal Hygiene of Middle School Students in Tianjin Railway Area

Objective:Understanding pubertal personal hygiene among middle school students of Tianjin railway area,in order to offer scientific references for pubertal health education.Method:A stratified cluster sample of 310 students was drawn from 3 middle schools and surveyed by using questionnaires.Results:Among the students who responded to the survey,75. 8% had little knowledge of pubertal health,94. 5% had the desire to understand it and 54.5% acquired it in classes.About 94.5% of girls and 46. 3% of boys had experienced menarche and spermatorrhea,the average age of first experience was 12.79 and 13. 80 years.Conclusion:A need exists for early pubertal health education and it should be organized within the middle schools of Tianjin railway area.
