苍辛滴鼻剂的提取工艺实验研究

摘    要:
目的:优选苍辛滴鼻剂的最佳提取工艺。方法水提工艺及醇沉工艺均以绿原酸为考察指标进行正交实验。结果苍辛滴鼻剂的最佳水提工艺为:加水8倍量,煎煮2次,每次1 h。最佳醇沉工艺为:水提液浓缩至相对密度为1.05的清膏,乙醇浓度为70%,静置24 h。结论优选出的苍辛滴鼻剂提取工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:
Objective To optimize the extracting technique condition of Cangxin Nasal Drops. Methods The total quantity of Cy-colohexanecaboxylio acid was used as the index for both the processing for water extraction and alcohol precipitation by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum water extraction conditions of Cangxin Nasal Drops were:8 times of water, extracted 2 times and each time lasted 1 hours. The optimum alcohol precipitation conditions of Cangxin Nasal Drops were:the relative density of water extraction was 1. 05, and the concentration of the alcohol for precipitate was 70%, settlement for 24 h. Conclusion The extraction process of Cangxin Nasal Drops is sta-ble and feasible.
