强力定眩胶囊 HPLC 特征图谱研究

目的：应用 HPLC 法建立强力定眩胶囊的特征图谱，提高其质量控制水平。方法采用 SHISEIDO MGⅡC18色谱柱，以乙腈（A）—水（B）为流动相，进行梯度洗脱，流速为1．0 mL·min －1，检测波长为280 nm。结果强力定眩胶囊各成分得到了较好的分离，以阿魏酸为参照物，确定了10个共有色谱峰。结论该方法准确、重现性好，可同时分离强力定眩胶囊中的多种成分，可对制剂进行整体的评价并提高该制剂的内在质量。

HPLC specific chromagrams of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule

Objective To set up the specific chromatogram of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule by HPLC to raise the quality control.Methods The MGⅡC18 chromatographic column and the mobile phase acetonitrile (A)-water (B)were used for gradient elution with the flow velocity at 1.0 mL·min -1 and the detective wavelength at 280 nm.Results The various constituents of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule showed a better separation and ten common peaks were identified with ferulic acid as reference.Conclusions The method has advanta-ges of good accuracy as well as reproducibility and can simultaneously separate the multiple components of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule, which also has the advantages over the overall evaluation and the inherent quality improvement of preparations.
