| 摘 要： | 目的：对高龄社区获得性肺炎( CAP)患者的临床资料进行分析，以提高对高龄CAP的认识和诊治水平。方法对高龄CAP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果高龄CAP的临床表现不典型，往往无发烧、咳嗽、胸痛等典型症状，有时也缺乏典型的肺部体征，常出现肺外表现以及水、电和酸碱失衡，呼吸衰竭，休克等并发症。结论临床应提高对高龄CAP患者的认识水平，以利于CAP早期诊断、早期治疗，降低患者的病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of senile community acquired pneumonia (CAP) by analyzing the clinical data. Methods The clinical data of 87 patients aged over 80 with CAP were retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical mani-festations of senile CAP patients were lacking in not only typical symptoms such as fever, cough, chest pain, but also typical lung signs such as rales. They often had extrapulmonary manifestations as well as water, electricity and acid-base imbalance, respiratory failure, shock and other complications. Conclusion Identification of the atypical manifestations of senile CAP patients should be improved, which is helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment for the disease, so that the mortality of patients can be reduced. |
