CT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者的临床诊断价值

目的：探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者的CT诊断方法和诊断价值。方法总结胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者CT检查资料和组织病理学资料,并进行对比分析。结果 CT三期增强扫描动脉期实性肿瘤表现为轻度强化,同时肝脏门脉期和延迟期表现为渐进性强化。 ROC曲线诊断结果显示AUC=0．801(P<0．05)。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者CT差异性表现的基础是不同病灶的病理特征性,CT对疾病的术前诊断具有一定的参考价值。

The clinical diagnostic value of CT in patients with solid pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas

Objective To investigate the value of CT diagnosis method and diagnosis of patients with solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas. Methods The test data of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in patients with CT test data and pathology in our hospi-tal were summarized, analyzed and compared. Results CT three phases enhanced images in arterial phase and solid tumors showed mild en-hancement, and portal venous phase and liver equilibrium phase showed progressive enhancement. The curve of ROC diagnosis results showed AUC=0. 801(P<0. 05). Conclusion The basis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in patients with CT difference is the pathological features of the different lesions, and CT in diagnosis of diseases before operation has some reference value.
