| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅脑对冲伤与冲击伤再手术的原因和预见性因素。方法回顾性分析18例颅脑对冲伤与冲击伤再手术患者的临床特点。结果本组18例采用GOS评定，随访6个月～2年，良好5例，轻残5例，重残2例，植物生存1例，死亡5例。结论，颅脑外伤同时具备减速性损伤，冲击伤侧的颅骨骨折，时间短，对冲伤侧的硬膜下血肿宽度大于10cm，意识昏迷时再手术可能性大。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the causes and predictors of reoperation in coup and contre-coup head injury. Methods Clinical data of 18 cases of head injury were analysised retrospectively. Results The outcome of 18 cases were assessed according to GOS. The follow-up periods were between 6 months to 2 years. Of ：them , 5 recovered, 5 received with mild disability, 2 with severe disability, 1 in vegetative state ,5 died. Conclusions Deceleration injury, skull fracture of coup side, rapid progression contre-coup SDH of over 10mm in midth and comatose predict reoperation. |
