胰岛素抵抗与缺血性脑血管病之间关系的动态研究

目的；研究胰岛素抵抗与缺血性脑血管病之间的关系。方法：选取脑梗死病人作为研究对象，测定血糖，胰岛素，Ｃ－Ｐ等指标，以胰岛素敏感指数与对照组比较。结果：ＦＩＮＳ，Ｃ－Ｐ和ＩＳＩ均有显著性差异，ＩＳＩ与ＦＩＮＳ和Ｃ－Ｐ存在极显著负相关Ｃ－Ｐ与ＦＩＮＳ存在极显著正相关，与ＩＳＩ存在极显著负相关。

The study of the relationship between insulin resistance and ischemic cerebral vascular disease

Objective:To study the correlation of Insulin resistance(IR)with ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD).Methods:The levels of glucose,free insulin(FINS) and c peptide(c p) were detected in healthy controls and the patient with cerebral infarction,and the insulin sensibility index(ISI) was compared with the healthy controls.Results: FINS,c p and ISI had the significant difference and ISI was well correlated with FINS and c p.In each stage c p was positively related to FINS,and hegatirely related to ISI.Conclusion:IR was a very important risk factor of ICVD.High INS level could be used as a measurement (simple but not very exact) of IR,and the level of c p could be used as an objective exact measurement of IR.
