护士对病人权利认知状况的调查分析

摘    要:目的了解护士对病人权利的认知状况。方法对临床118名护士就病人权利的5个方面,共11个项目进行问卷调查,分析护士对病人权利的认知状况,开展尊重病人权利的讲座,并对讲座前后的病人满意率进行比较。结果护士对病人权利的平均认知率为63.48%,调查问卷的优良率为23.73%。尊重病人权利讲座前后病人满意率有显著性差异(P<0.05),讲座后高于讲座前。结论根据调查结果,有针对性地改善了临床护士对病人权利的认知状况,提高了病人满意率。

Abstract:Objective To learn the status of nurse's cognition of patients'rights.Methods Questionnaire about patients'rights in-cluding5aspects,11items were applied to nurses.Nurses'cognition of patients'rights was analyzed on the basis of the results of questionnaire.Nurses were asked to attend the lectures on respecting patients'rights.Patients'satisfaction rate toward nurses before and after lecture were compared.Res ults The investigation showed nurses'cognition rate of patients'right was63.48%and the ex-cellent rate of questionnaire was23.73%.There was significant difference in the satisfaction rate before and after lecture(P<0.05).The rate grew higher after lecture.Conclus ion By improving nurses'cognition on patients'rights,we can get a higher patient's sat-isfaction rate.
