| 摘 要： | 目的研究自血疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸肌肉注射治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法治疗组75例采用自血疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸肌肉注射,1次/3 d,共12周。对照组62例采用咪唑斯汀口服,10 mg/次,1次·d-1,连服2周后改为1次/3 d,共12周。结果治疗组总有效率78.7%,对照组总有效率41.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自血疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸肌肉注射治疗颜面再发性皮炎安全有效,减少复发。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of auto-blood therapy combined with BGC-PSN for facial recurrent dermatitis.Methods The treatment group（75 patients） were treated with muscle injection of autoblood therapy combined with BCG-PSN once every 3 days for 12 weeks.The control group（62 patients） were treated with oral mizolastine 10 mg daily for 2 weeks,and the drug was changed to 10 mg once every 3 days for 10 weeks.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 78.7%,while that of the control group was 41.9%,with significant difference（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Auto-blood therapy combined with BCG-PSN is safe and effective for facial recurrent dermatitis. |
