摘    要:目的优化复方龙脉宁滴丸提取工艺。方法采用乙醇回流提取,以葛根素、薯蓣皂苷和总生物碱含量为评价指标,采用星点设计-效应面法对醇倍数、乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取次数等影响因素进行优选。结果优化的最佳工艺条件为以8倍量70%乙醇,提取3次,每次2 h。结论优化的工艺可使各项指标均达到比较高的水平,工艺参数合理,重复性好,为进一步研究奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction of Fufang Longmaining dropping pills. Methods Ethanol refl ux extraction was used to extract the effective components. The content of puerarin, dioscin and total alkaloid were regarded as the evaluation indexes to optimize the times of ethanol, content of ethanol, extraction times and time by central composite design/response surface method. Results The optimum condition was extracting 3 times by 8 times of 70% ethanol for 2 h each time. Conclusion This optimization of Fufang Longmaining dropping pills result in higher level of each index with reasonable parameters and good repeatability, which lays a good foundation for further study.
