复方阿嗪米特联合伊托必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床观察

目的观察复方阿嗪米特联合伊托必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法 184例糖尿病胃轻瘫随机分为对照组(口服伊托必利,50 mg,tid)、复方阿嗪米特联合伊托必利治疗组1和复方阿嗪米特联合伊托必利治疗组2(治疗组1复方阿嗪米特剂量为1片,tid;治疗组2复方阿嗪米特剂量为2片,tid)。在常规治疗糖尿病的同时,排除胆道梗阻,比较3组治疗前后的临床症状及缓解时间。结果治疗4周后,对照组、治疗组1和治疗组2有效率分别为65.6%、80.6%、95.1%(P<0.01),且随着复方阿嗪米特剂量的增加,疗效明显增加(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,对照组恶心、腹痛、呕吐评分显著降低(P<0.05),2治疗组各项评分均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组1除恶心、腹痛外,其余各项评分显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组2各项评分均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与本组治疗前比较,3组胃内排空时间均显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组2胃内排空时间显著减少(P<0.05)。治疗前后3组FBG、PBG和低血糖发生率均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组2血糖控制优于治疗组1(P<0.05)。结论复方阿嗪米特联合伊托必利对糖尿病胃轻瘫有良好的治疗作用。

Compound azimtamide combined with itopride for diabetic gastroparesis

Objective To observe the curative effect of compound azimtamide combined with itopride for diabetic gastroparesis. Methods A total of 184 cases of diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into a control group, a treatment group 1 and a treatment group 2（divided according to the compound azimtamide doses： 1 tablet, tid or 2 tablets, tid）. In the conventional treatment of diabetes, obstruction of the biliary tract was exclueded. Clinical symptoms and the relief time before and after the treatment were compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the effi cacy rate of the control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was 65.5%, 80.6% and 95.1%, respectively（P〈0.01）. With the increase of azintamide dose, the effi cacy rate was signifi cantly increased（P〈0.05）. Compared with before the treatment, nausea, stomachache, and vomiting score in the control group were decreased signifi cantly（P〈0.05）, and all symptoms in the 2 treatment groups were decreased signifi cantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Compared with the control group, symptoms in the treatment group 1 were decreased signifi cantly except for nausea and stomachache（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, all symptoms were decreased signifi cantly in treatment group 2（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Gastric emptying time in the 3 groups decreased signifi cantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） compared with that before the treatment. Gastric emptying time in the 2 treatment groups decreased signifi cantly compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. FBG, PBG and hypoglycemia rate of the 3 groups decreased signifi cantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Blood glucose regulation of treatment group 2 was better than that of treatment group 1（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound azimtamide combined with itopride hydrochloride has good therapeutic effect on diabetic gastroparesis.
