| 摘 要： | 带真皮下血管网皮肤游离移植是一种新的植皮术。1981年4月～1984年6月,我科应用此法为142名患者施行了157例次手术,获得良好的效果。临床疗效观察分为Ⅰ～Ⅳ级愈合,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ级愈合率达94.3％。本文介绍了作者的临床经验、体会,讨论了并发症的防治及手术适应证。 |

| Abstract: | Transplantation of skin with intact subdermal vascular plexus is a new type of skin graft.Between 1981.4-1984.6,we perfomed 157 such operations on 142 patients.The therapeutic effect was good.Result was divided into four grades.First and second degrees occurred in 94.3%.The authors' experience was introduced.The indication of the prevention of complications was discussed. |
