| 摘 要： | 目的：研究2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血尿酸相关因素，探讨高尿酸血症与2型糖尿病并发症的关系。方法：收集365例T2DM患者的临床资料，按血尿酸水平分为高尿酸组（102例）及正常尿酸组（263例），比较两组一般临床资料及并发症发病情况，采用偏相关分析法分析高尿酸血症的相关危险因素。结果：尿酸与三酰甘油、血压等呈正相关（P〈0．05）；T2DM并高尿酸组的高血压、冠心病、脂代谢紊乱的发生率明显升高。结论：T2DM患者尿酸水平与多因素相关，提示高尿酸血症是T2DM并发症发病的危险因素之一。
