| 摘 要： | 目的分析家族性腺瘤性息肉病手术方式及术后疗效。方法对16例家族性腺瘤性息肉病患者的术式选择进行回顾性分析。结果结肠、直肠切除，永久性回肠造口术2例；全结肠切除、回-直肠吻合术10例：全结肠、直肠黏膜剥除、回肠贮袋肛管吻合术4例。结论家族性腺瘤性息肉病是种常染色体显性遗传性疾病，因此预防性治疗效果最好，手术是治疗家族性腺瘤性息肉病首选方法，但要根据具体情况选择术式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the surgery for Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP). Methods Data of 16 patients from 1994 to 2006 was reviewed. Results Two patients had ileum Stature,and 10 had all colon excision and ileum-rectum anastomosod surgery. Four underwent all mucosa of colon and rectum divested and ileum pouch-anus anastomosed surgery. Conclusion Familial Adenomatous Polyposis was a dominant genetic disease of euchromosome. Although surgery was the first choose for FAP, we should carry out diffdrent operations according to different cases. |
