椎管内肿瘤296例分析

作者报告椎管内肿瘤２９６例。肿瘤主要发生于胸段，占４１．９％，其次为腰骰和颈段，分另占２５％和２４．３％。病理学分类以神经纤维瘤最多，占１２２例，其次为脊膜瘤和先天性脊髓肿瘤。早期临床表现：髓内肿瘤以肢体麻木无力为主：而髓外肿瘤则以根性神经痛为主：硬脊膜外转移性肿瘤多以突发疼痛起病。早期诊断，尽早手术切除，是治疗本病最有效的方法。

Analysis of intravertebral canal tumors in 296 cases

The authors analyzed and reviewed 296 cases of intravertebral canal tumors. The data showed that tumors occurred mainlyin the thoraxic (41 .9%) segment, next in the lumbal and sacral (25.0%) and cervical (24.3%) segments. The pathological examinationrevealed that the neurofibroma was the most common tumor (122 cases), and then meningioms, and congenital spinal tumors. Theextramedullary spinal cord tUmors were manifested as the radical pains. The early clinical manifestations were different.Intrajnedullmp spinal cord tUmors were manifested mainly as the numb of limbs, extramedullary spinal cord tumors as radicular painand extradural methetatic tumors of the spinal cord as sudden pain firStly. The early diagnosis and surgical management were themost effective measure for treatment of intrnyertebral canal tumors.
