护理干预与培训解决问题方式缓解产后抑郁症的护理效果比较

目的对产后抑郁症患者用护理干预与培训解决问题2种方式进行护理探讨。方法将58例产后抑郁症患者随机分为护理干预组和训练组,护理干预组28例,训练组30例。研究为期6个月。护理干预组由护理人员对其进行针对产后抑郁症的电话护理;训练组则交给患者应对问题的技巧。在研究开始和结束时,比较2组产妇的抑郁程度及症状。结果 2种方法对缓解产后抑郁症的效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,护理干预组的效果优于训练组。结论 2种方法均有效,但护理干预组效果更好。

NURSING INTERVENTION AND SOLVING PROBLEM TRAINING TO AMELIORATE POST - PARTUM DEPRESSION

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention and problem training on amelioration of the post-partum depression. Methods 58 puerpera with post-partum depression were divided into the nursing intervention group （28 cases） and training group （30 cases） randomly. Nursing intervention was used in the nursing intervention group,while the solving problem training was used in the training group. The ameliorated effects between the two groups on post partum depression were compared. Results The two methods can effectively ameliorate the post-partum depression,while the effect in the nursing intervention group was more significant than that in the training group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention should be used to ameliorate the post-partum depression among puerperal.
