摘    要:目的探讨不同年龄冠心痛患者血尿酸水平变化特点。方法回顾性分析经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的2427例患者血尿酸水平和临床特点,根据不同年龄分为5组:20~39岁组253例、40~49岁组463例、50~59岁组648例、60~69岁组601例、≥70岁组462例。分析不同年龄组中男性和女性患者血尿酸水平的变化特点。结果男性冠心病患者血尿酸水平明显高于同年龄组女性冠心病患者(P0.01)。各年龄组男性冠心病患者随年龄增长血尿酸水平逐渐升高,但差异无统计学意义。与40~49岁组女性比较,50~59岁组、60~69岁组、≥70岁组女性冠心病患者血尿酸水平随年龄增长而逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。多元logistic回归分析显示,血尿酸是男性和女性冠心病发病的独立危险因素。结论男性冠心病患者血尿酸水平明显高于同年龄组女性冠心病患者,血尿酸是男性和女性冠心病发病的独立危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of changes of serum concentration of uric acid in patients of different ages with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The serum concentration of uric acid was measured in 2427 patients with CHD diagnosed by coronary angiography. The clinical characteristics were analyzed according to different ages in male and female patients. Results The serum concentration of uric acid was higher in male patients than in female patients of the same age.The serum concentration of uric acid slightly increased with age in male patients, but the differences were not significant.The serum concentration of uric acid increased with age in female patients and the differences were statistically significant.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that blood uric acid was an independent risk factor for CHD in male and female patients.Conclusion The serum concentration of uric acid was higher in male patients than in female patients of the same age.Serum uric acid was an independent risk factor for CHD in male and female patients.
