海洛因依赖者多药滥用情况分析

目的:了解海洛因依赖人群多药滥用及参与吸食新型毒品的状况,关注毒品结构变化趋势。方法:采用国家药物滥用监测中心设计的《药物滥用监测表》对广东省惠州地区2005年6-9月新收容的戒毒劳教人员的一般情况和药物滥用情况进行调查,其数据作计数统计分析。结果:286例海洛因依赖者中有215例同时滥用其他药物,占本组总人数的75·17%。涉及被滥用的药物有17种。被滥用较多的药物品种是三唑仑、地西泮(安定)和曲马朵。被滥用较多的新型毒品是摇头丸。结论:海洛因依赖者同时滥用其他药物的情况比较普遍,部分个体滥用程度非常严重。滥用海洛因与滥用其他药物在原因上具有相关性。毒品结构严重化问题值得关注。

ANALYSIS OF POLYDRUG ABUSE IN HEROIN ADDICTS

Objective: To understand the status of polydrug abuse among heroin addicts and inquire into the relationship between heroin abuse and other drug abuse. Methods: A survey was conducted among the drug addicts under rehabilitation through labor in Huizhou from June to September 2005 with the questionnaire for monitoring drug abuse designed by the National Drug Surveillance Center. Results: Totally 286 heroin addicts were investigated, among whom 215 cases (75.17%) abused other drugs besides heroin. Altogether 17 kinds of drugs were included. The most popular drugs abused were triazalon, valium and tramadol. MDMA-like stimulants were the best choice in the new type of drugs abused. Conclusion: Polydrug abuse is popular among heroin addicts, and some of the heroin addicts have very serious problems on polydrug abuse. Heroin abuse and other drug abuse have obvious correlation in several factors, which calls attention.
