电焊作业对工人血清抗氧化系统的影响

摘    要:目的了解电焊作业有害因素对血清抗氧化系统的影响。方法以65名电焊作业工人为接触组,55名不接触职业病危害因素的工人为对照组。对两组人员的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定分析。结果接触组工人血清T-AOC、SOD活力较对照组降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论电焊作业产生的锰尘、噪声等职业有害因素可影响工人体内抗氧化系统。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of welding exposure on workers' antioxidant system.Methods Observation was conducted on the activities of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum of 65 welders and 55 controls.Results It was found that the activities of T-AOC and SOD were significantly lower in welders than those in controls(P<0.05).Conclusions It suggests that chronic exposure to manganese-containing dust,noise and other hazards produced by welding process might have certain effects on antioxidant system of exposed workers.
